There is an "order" click on nearly every page throughout this website (or at least most of them). Clicking it just starts an email message. All of these can be considered tentative requests for an order. I'm not sure that I would buy a new Waterford or Kestrel bike, click through a form with my charge card and then wait for the bike to show up. So please click "order", and just email your thoughts and requests and we'll get back to you right away with a detailed quotation and prices. We may email a few times to arrange fit and sizing (handlebar stem length , for example) for a bike. We would like to ensure components and spares are compatible, apropriate and suitable. Clicking "order" does not commit you to an order unless that's specifically what you request.

PayPal Orders PayPal has also become increasingly popular and important here. Even if you do not plan to use PayPal today, their system bears your attention. Log into PayPal's Web Site , select "Send Money" and enter our address paypal@yellowjersey.org and just complete the form.

Shipping to Us Shipping a frame for rework? Your fork for alignment? Hubs for wheelbuilding? A return item? All of those travel promptly at small expense via USPS Priority Mail. (generally, avoid Parcel Post). Remember to insure your package and attach a note to the frame or part itself which includes your day telephone number. We'll call you when it arrives.
