Here is the last remaining 3Rensho Expedition Tour frameset left in the world. Yoshi Konno, genius builder of 3Rensho bicycles, was crippled in a car crash and is no longer able to build. Known for short fast Keirin and criterium framesets, Mr Konno designed and built a very few touring models. This series, in rich 3Rensho colors (paint by Maruishi/Tokyo) uses the unique 3Rensho MT full clearance forged fork crown. Tubes are Ishiwata .022/.024 premium quality double butted seamless touring set with the unique 3Rensho specification oval down tube. Ends are forged Shimano touring verticals with rack/mudguard eyelets. Note the treatment of the upper headlug for comfortable high stem position. When you hear,"They don't make 'em like they used to" this bike comes to mind.
